私もあまり英語得意ではないのですが、こんな文章を思いつきました。
英語の上手な方ならもっと的確な英文がでてくるとおもいますが。

(the person’s name) tried to backstab me with a bunch of lies to my supervisor - 
knowing that I am not very competent at speaking English. 
I was extremely upset and frustrated with (the name of the person)'s action.
